Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo, Even so, I don’t really like the “harem genre” (just select one female, please!). Due to my love of the isekai genre, I choose to give Harem in a Fantasy World Labyrinth a try. Episodes 1 and 2 pleasantly pleased me.
The narrative is intriguing so far, and there isn’t quite as much ecchi (smut) as I had anticipated. Additionally, Michio Kaga, the protagonist, is endearing, and you find yourself pulling for him, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.
Michio Kaga, a high school student, sees a peculiar website when perusing the internet while feeling down about his mundane existence at the start of the narrative. Kaga responds without hesitation to the website’s inquiries because he thinks he’s discovered an inexpensive virtual reality game, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.
Kaga develops his in-game character’s skills and powers using a point-based system. Once his character is finished, he is sent to a fantasy realm that resembles a video game.
His first settlement is besieged by bandits right away, but he manages to slay a few of them with his sword Durendal, which has five times the regular strike strength. He receives equipment from the bandits as payment from the village head, Somara. Later, when Kaga tries to log out, he finds that he is unable to do so and that this world has become his new reality for the time being, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.
It’s possible that “beating the game” is the only way to finish it. When Kaga is aware that he has slain people, he also feels pain. A villager who attempts to take one of the goods Kaga won is, in an odd turn of events, condemned to slavery. Following that, Kaga travels to the city of Vale to sell his stolen goods and receive the bandits’ bounty.
While in the city, Kaga receives the rewards and meets Alan, a slave dealer who buys the burglar and tells Kaga about a new Labyrinth that has been found close by. Alan advises getting Kaga a slave who can help him in battle after seeing that he seems to be an explorer.
Kaga then comes upon Roxanne, a beast-woman slave who seems to be a virgin and isn’t opposed to having sex with her new owner. When Roxanne is put up for sale, Alan casually tells Kaga, and Kaga decides he wants to buy her so she won’t end up in the warped hands of someone else. Unfortunately, in order to acquire her, he must earn 450 000 gold in 5 days, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.
Personally, I believe that the plot would have been more compelling if it had focused solely on Kaga and Roxanne and how their relationship would grow in the face of these peculiar circumstances, but it is clear from certain scenes that hint at the future that Kaga will eventually have a harem of women who love him rather than just one.
This anime is definitely for aficionados of the harem type and is highly recommended for followers of isekai. Kaga experiences so much that you find yourself thinking, “This poor lad needs a harem!”
